We are pioneering doctor-led team rehabilitation which is very different from the traditional case management approach. Our recruitment is not restricted to the traditional model and we are happy to recruit raw talent and develop them. We provide extensive and structured training for all new employees to ensure that they can meet and exceed the high levels of excellence that we expect.
