Specialists in clinically-based vocational rehabilitation management

About us

We believe that the most effective way to manage rehabilitation is through the deployment of multi-disciplinary clinical teams led by a doctor tailored to the clinical and vocational circumstances of each case.

In our view, clinical and vocational rehabilitation without a multi-disciplinary management team led by a doctor lacks effectiveness and credibility. This is our first key principle. It means that we are focused on the interests and well-being of the patient. In addition, the involvement of a doctor means that patients have the reassurance that the conduct of their case is being governed by the principals outlined by the General Medical Council (GMC) and The Health Professions Council (HPC). Most rehabilitation providers cannot give this reassurance.

Effective rehabilitation always starts with stabilising and improving the patient’s clinical condition. Our doctors provide the insight into the clinical diagnosis and the accurate prognosis of injury; they also devise the most appropriate treatment plans and monitor clinical developments. We simply do not believe that effective clinical rehabilitation can be delivered without a doctor directing the clinical activities of the case.

We also strive for clinical and therapeutic excellence through the deployment of multi-disciplinary management teams tailored to the clinical features of every case. This is our second key principle. Rather than just monitoring rehabilitation through a one dimensional traditional case management approach, we actively intervene in the patient’s treatment and well-being. Key to this approach is the clinical leverage superior clinical skills that our doctor-led team brings to bear on cases.

Rehabilitation organisations that operate without doctors leading a clinical management team simply do not and cannot deliver to the same degree or standard.
