Specialists in clinically-based vocational rehabilitation management

Clinical excellence

We strive for clinical excellence in everything we do and that includes the people we employ to manage patients clinical and vocational rehabilitation. We select only the best clinical professionals to manage our cases.

Everyone we employ, be they doctors, therapeutic professionals, employment experts are selected both for their clinical ability and their ability to work as part of a team. Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the highest calibre candidates are employed.

We believe in intervention in order to assist patients and we take an active role in steering the treatment and vocational work. In order to do this our teams must have the professional credibility to mange and liaise with other clinical professionals and also all parties interested in the patients welfare.

We provide extensive and structured training for all new employees to ensure that they can meet and exceed the high levels of excellence that we expect and in the way that we, our patients and clients would like it delivered.

We are pioneering team doctor-led team rehabilitation which is very different from the traditional case management approach. Our recruitment is not restricted to the traditional model and we are happy to recruit raw talent and develop them. This can in fact be beneficial as they do not bring pre-conceptions of a case management process which we think lacks effectiveness.

All of our clinical professionals are vetted for membership of an appropriate professional body to ensure their professional standing.
