We take time to liaise with all interested parties prior to commencing any rehabilitation because supportive conditions for vocational rehabilitation are essential for a successful outcome. This is maintained throughout the case to ensure that supportive conditions are maintained.
The main parties involved in a rehabilitative case are:
- The patient
- The patient’s doctors and treating clinicians
- The patients employer (if the objective is a return to work)
- The patients solicitor (if the patient is being represented)
- Our client who pays for the service
All treatment is arranged and monitored by the clinical management team under the direction of the doctor lead. Once the patient’s condition has either stabilised or improved, a clinical view is taken by the team as to whether it is safe to reintroduce the patient to the workplace. We work closely with employers and patients to ensure that a safe and managed return to the working environment is achieved. |
