- The doctor acts as the clinical director for the case and is ultimately responsible for its outcome.
- The doctor provides the diagnosis and prognosis of the patient’s condition.
- The doctor develops relevant rehabilitation programmes and their clinical objectives
- The doctor develops and allocates the multi-disciplinary team
- The doctor liaises with treating physicians and refers patients to investigative and invasive treatments if appropriate
- The doctor supervises the case and ensures that clinical excellence and objectives are being met, clinically reviewing and signing off all reports
We only employ practicing doctors to ensure that they are clinically in touch. Therefore they must work in clinical practice at least one day a week. All of our doctors are registered with General Medical Council and we ensure they maintain their professional development and fitness to practice.
