Our service is designed to manage the treatment of patients from the time their injury to their successful re-introduction to the workplace.

Our doctors direct and prescribe the treatment plan for the patient as well as assigning the make-up of the multi-disciplinary management team. The management team, under the supervision of the doctor, implements the treatment plan and monitors the patient’s progress against expected recovery goals. This ensures that the patient receives the best possible clinical and vocational support and that the clinical objectives of the treatment plan are met at all times.

Our approach is all about being flexible and proportionate focussing on the needs of the patient. We ensure that the appropriate clinical action is deployed at the right time on each case. In so doing, we look for outcomes at every stage of our rehabilitation process.

Our initial ‘Work Status Report’ is a good example of this. We will conduct a telephone-based interview which may determine that a patient has actually restarted work on light duties. In such circumstances we would immediately arrange a work site assessment to manage the patient back to full duties.
