Specialists in clinically-based vocational rehabilitation management

Working with Solicitors

When your client is injured or involved in an accident their world and the world of your loved ones is often turned upside down. It is only when they leave hospital that the true impact of their injury begins to show. It is not being able to do the seemingly simple everyday tasks, like being unable to bend down to put their shoes on, that seem to create the biggest problems.

We understand this and we focus on your clients immediate needs from the outset. We will contact them as soon as we receive consent to do so. This allows us to assess your client’s immediate needs and where possible, help to provide solutions. This early contact with your client has the added advantage of explaining how we work and what they might expect from our service.

We are only concerned with your client’s recovery and well being. Our doctors and clinical teams are here to provide them with the best available care and support to help them get thier life back.

We believe that effective rehabilitation requires transparent communication and reporting with all parties. Our service is structured to deliver this.

We believe in transparency in our relationship with you. We are able to offer the facility to view cases at any time through a simple link on our website. This allows you access to your client’s reports and some case information at your convenience.

Being Doctor-led on every case we operate under the auspices of the General Medical Council (GMC). This means that we only operate in the best interest of the patient (your client). Whilst we adhere to The Rehabilitation Code we have strict and rigorous process protecting patient confidentiality.

The GMC also provides a regulatory framework and guarantees of professionalism that other rehabilitation providers simply can not attest.
