Helping You Access the Right Support
Medicess specialises in rehabilitation and recovery following injury.
We don’t replace your GP, hospital consultant or NHS treatment. Instead, we can help you understand the care and treatment you’re already receiving and identify whether other forms of treatment, rehabilitation or support could help your recovery.
Where additional treatment or specialist support may be appropriate, we can help you understand the options available and, where possible, how that support might be accessed and funded.
Every person’s circumstances are different. While we will always aim to provide helpful guidance, there may be situations where Medicess is unable to provide ongoing support. Where this happens, we will explain this clearly and, wherever possible, suggest appropriate next steps.

Is the clinical review really free?
Yes. There is no charge for your initial Medicess clinical review.
Will Medicess be able to help me?
Not in every case. We’ll review your circumstances and, if we believe Medicess can support your recovery, we’ll explain the options available. If we can’t help directly, we’ll suggest appropriate next steps wherever possible.
Do I need to have a personal injury claim?
No. Our starting point is your injury and recovery, not whether you have a claim.
Can you help if I'm already receiving NHS treatment?
We will always aim to provide helpful guidance through your free clinical review, but Medicess may not be able to provide ongoing support in every case. This will depend on your individual circumstances. Where we cannot provide further support, we will explain this clearly and, wherever possible, recommend appropriate next steps or other sources of help.
What if my injury isn't recovering as expected?

Do I need to know what treatment or support I need?
No. That’s one of the reasons for the clinical review. We’ll consider your circumstances and help you understand whether further treatment or support may be appropriate.

We’ll explain the options that may be available. Where appropriate, Medicess can also help you access and coordinate additional treatment and specialist support.
