Your Patient Injury Review will be based on the information and documents you provide. It is intended to help you understand your injury, your recovery and the steps you may wish to consider next.

The review does not replace examination, diagnosis, emergency medical care or treatment by your own healthcare professionals.

We will make every effort to provide helpful guidance and support. Depending on your individual circumstances, there may be occasions where Medicess is unable to provide further support following your review. Where this happens, we will explain this clearly and, wherever possible, suggest appropriate next steps or other sources of support.
